CR Group Holdings (DIFC) Limited was incorporated in the Dubai International Financial Centre in 2019, and became the holding company of a group of companies that has been operating successfully since 2004.

The Group focusses on delivering work scopes which often require capital investment. Originally the only activities were providing Accommodation, Catering and Transportation to the Oil & Gas industry in Kazakhstan. More recently the Group started investments in other sectors and geographies as well, using the experience is has built up over the past 20 years.

To support its operations, CR Group has specialist consultants that can be deployed on any of its projects, but at the same time there is a strong focus on local content, thus creating numerous employment opportunities wherever a project is built up or operated. Personnel are trained and taught to work at the highest industry standards. Besides this, the Group supports several initiatives to help local communities, adding up to a healthy Corporate Social Responsibility.

The Group’s investments are funded through operational cashflow, as well as external funding acquired from banks as well as private lenders.
